Advanced Science for fUture in KAshihara

ASUKA Medical Association is an association with the aim of bringing researchers together from different expertise. ASUKA stands for Advanced Science for fUture in KAshihara. Moreover, Asuka is the name of the ancient capital or period in 5th to 7th century, about 14 hundred years ago. The principal purpose of the association is to promote research activities through hosting research meetings. ASUKA Symposium thus aims to be an international research meeting with cutting edge science, and ASUKA Workshop for Young Scientists aims for young Japanese scientists to get interacted with people from interdisciplinary research fields. New collaborations are expected to begin from ASUKA events, leading to ground breaking discoveries.
